Service terms
The rules for corporate gifts on this site, so you know in advance what happens in every case. For anything not covered here, the terms of sale of our shop apply.
Quote and order
The service is reserved for companies and professionals with a VAT number. The quote on the site is an estimate; the one we send you is valid for 7 days. The order is concluded with two confirmations: yours, from the link we send you, and ours, when we accept it. With ours we set prices, shipping and delivery date. The minimum is 10 tasting boxes, or 20 gift sets, or 20 Mini Kits: reaching one is enough, the others can be added in any quantity.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer. Once the order is confirmed, you send us at least 50% as a deposit; for orders confirmed from 15 November the full amount is paid straight away. The balance is always paid before dispatch. When the order is ready we let you know: if the balance is not received within 15 days from then, the contract is terminated and the deposit is kept to cover the costs already incurred.
Cancelling or changing an order
A confirmed order cannot be cancelled. If you ask us to change it, we assess what can be done depending on how far the work has progressed; costs already incurred, including labour and time, are deducted from the deposit.
Timing and delivery
In the order confirmation you can state the date by which the boxes must arrive. Every order goes into production together with those already in progress: that is why we check the date and confirm it when we accept the order, or propose the closest possible one. We commit to the confirmed date, but it cannot be rigid: in December couriers take longer too. From 12-14 December we can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Deliveries are made by couriers: their delays do not depend on us, but if it happens we help you follow the shipment. If an address is wrong or incomplete, redelivery and a new shipment are charged to the customer.
The products
The boxes are made of products from small producers. Photos are indicative: the contents may vary slightly, at equal value. If a product is unavailable we replace it with one of equal value, and we tell you.
Damage and complaints
If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the parcel and its contents.
Specific approval of clauses
When confirming the order, the customer accepts these terms and, with a separate tick box, specifically approves the most significant clauses. Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, I specifically approve these terms: a confirmed order cannot be cancelled, and costs already incurred are kept from the deposit; if the balance is not received within 15 days of the order being ready, the contract is terminated and the deposit is kept to cover the costs; redelivery and new shipping for a wrong address are at my expense; any damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery, with photos; there is no right of withdrawal; the competent court is Lecce.
Withdrawal and jurisdiction
Corporate gift orders carry no right of withdrawal. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Lecce, Italy. For anything not covered here, the terms of sale of our shop apply.
