The rules for corporate gifts on this site, so you know in advance what happens in every case. For anything not covered here, the terms of sale of our shop apply.
Quote and order
The quote on the site is an estimate; the one we send you is valid for 7 days. The order is confirmed when we accept it: at that point we set prices, shipping and timing. The minimum is 10 boxes.
Payment
By bank transfer: a 50% deposit with the order and the balance before dispatch. In December the full amount is paid with the order. If the balance is not received within 10 days of our request, the order is void and the deposit is not refunded.
Cancelling or changing an order
A confirmed order cannot be cancelled. If you ask us to change it, we assess what can be done depending on how far the work has progressed; costs already incurred, including labour and time, are deducted from the deposit.
Timing and delivery
In normal periods about 7 days of preparation, plus the courier’s time; large orders take longer. We confirm the timing when we accept the order. From 12-14 December we can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Deliveries are made by couriers: their delays do not depend on us, but if it happens we help you follow the shipment. If an address is wrong or incomplete, redelivery and a new shipment are charged to the customer.
The products
The boxes are made of products from small producers. Photos are indicative: the contents may vary slightly, at equal value. If a product is unavailable we replace it with one of equal value, and we tell you.
Damage and complaints
If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the parcel and its contents.
Withdrawal and jurisdiction
Corporate gift orders carry no right of withdrawal. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Lecce, Italy. For anything not covered here, the terms of sale of our shop apply.
