How ordering works
From catalogue to delivery, in five steps. Orders start from 10 boxes, even of different kinds.
- Choose and get a quote. From the catalogue to the quote: you see the discount, shipping and total straight away.
- Send us the request. We reply with confirmed prices and timing. We set the timing when we accept the order, and from then on it is a commitment. The quote we send you is valid for 7 days.
- Confirm the order from the link we send you: invoicing details, delivery address or the list of recipients, date and card.
- Pay by bank transfer: a 50% deposit with the order and the balance before dispatch. In December the full amount is paid with the order.
- We pack and ship. In normal periods it takes about 7 days to prepare the boxes, plus the courier’s delivery time. Large orders, or December, take a few days more: we tell you when we confirm.
Personalising
Any product can be swapped for another of equal value. We add a card with your message, and we never put prices in the parcel. For your logo on the packaging, write to us.
The invoice
We invoice your company, each product at its own VAT rate. We ask for company name, VAT number and, for Italy, SDI code or PEC in the order confirmation. Prices are in how much it costs, dates in when to order, rules in terms.
