The dates
- November: time to choose, personalise and prepare calmly.
- By 12 December: the last point for which we guarantee quick dispatch and delivery before Christmas.
- After 12-14 December: you can still order, but we can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas. We have usually made it, barring courier problems.
How long it takes
It depends on the orders already in progress and on quantity: more boxes, more days. That is why you choose the date in the order confirmation and we confirm it after checking; if it is not possible, we propose the closest one. We commit to the confirmed date, but in December couriers slow down too: it cannot be rigid.
From 15 November you pay in full on confirmation
Until 14 November you pay at least 50% on confirmation and the balance before dispatch; from 15 November you pay the full amount on confirmation, by bank transfer. Every step is in how it works.
