When to order for Christmas
You can order whenever you like. But to be sure your gifts arrive before Christmas, order by 12 December.
The dates
- By 31 October: requesting your quote early earns an extra discount.
- November: time to choose, personalise and prepare calmly.
- By 12 December: the last point for which we guarantee quick dispatch and delivery before Christmas.
- After 12-14 December: you can still order, but we can no longer guarantee delivery before Christmas. We have usually made it, barring courier problems.
How long it takes
In normal periods about 7 days to prepare the boxes, plus the courier’s delivery time. Timing depends on quantity: more boxes, more days. In December everything slows down, couriers included. That is why we confirm the timing when we accept the order, and from then on it is a commitment.
In December you pay with the order
In the other months you pay 50% with the order and the balance before dispatch; in December the full amount is paid with the order, by bank transfer. Every step is in how it works.
